haha new truck...ill drop it off at ford and let em have fun, I'm tired of fixing ****....plus that's what warranties are for

Okay so finally had some time to do an update. Pretty much finished up all my requirements for the next few weeks, so its back to building my bumper.
The last couple of days I installed the trailer hitch, and all of the supporting gussets for it. I also fit up every gusset for the mounts, that bolt to the truck. The trailer hitch is tied in directly to the mounts for the truck, so it should be very strong.
The holes for the lights are done, the mounts for the lights are done, and are tacked into place. I am going to finish up the last few gussets that are going to be placed throughout the sides of the bumper tomorrow, and then throw it on the truck and check everything for clearance. Then I have 2 more supports to mock up, and then its going to be welding time.
I am hoping to have the whole thing welded up by Friday. I took some pics today, and will take a few more once its on the truck, then I will post some up.
