Afternoon everyone. What a nice ride today. The weather was cold leaving here but Hawthorne was sunshine & in the 60s. I sure was glad I went. Tomorrow Reno.

I'm back, no deal on the standby.
Flights all over the nation are being re-scheduled and people are being mucked around. My one way ticket for th 17th (too late for my r.e. contract now,) cost $150 with fees and taxes. My new ticket, leaving on Saturday cost $550!! Think these folks know how to make money from bad weather?
So, with the holiday on Monday... Closing, per contract, on Tuesday, we better have all our ducks in a row on Tuesday or the deal is in jeopardy.
If any of you ever want to get a property sold, my auctioneer guy is magic. He got this house sold in a bad market in less than two weeks. He had eighty parties interested after one week. (The conventional real estate agent had the place listed for over six months and about twenty parties viewed the place.)
The deal is all cash and a seven day closing. Closes on the 16th and the auction was scheduled for the 21st.
I don't know how he does it but he got all these buyers lined up so fast, now, after the close, he will have to call them all to tell them that the auction is OFF.
He lives here, on my block, but he will go anywhere to do a deal.

Morning All, Seems to be a bit of Friday gidiness on the boards. I am definitely glad it is Friday. This week has been busier than usual. Bdox, congrats on the house. I'm sure that is a load off.
