No power, won't start...help!

Dave S, thank you. That's what i was needing to know. I tried running a jumper to the cold adv. and it didn't make a difference. I know it is not getting power, so once i get it running i need to trace some wires. The P.O. has really made a mess of things.
Star, That's what i don't understand. The glow plugs are getting power and i have 7 good ones, yet they have no effect. Maybe its the timing? I'll start there...
David 85, I was thinking it was hard to start cause i drained the fuel out of the body when the plate came off. Now, i'm wondering if it was that at all...
Throttle position has no effect. I tried that.

I f you are testing the glow plugs with a test light, that really only tells you that they are bad for sure if the light doesn't light. It doesn't neccissarily tell you it is good it can light the light and still be way out of specs.
