Dash

Hey guys, ive been looking for a dash pad in maroon for my 97 f350 for a while now. A guy has on on ebay for 60$ in perfect shape. Iy says ti fits 92-96 bronoc f150-f250-f350. Dumb question, but it will fit my 97 correct? Didnt know if from 96 to 97 they changed anything.?

In your case itll fit. There was no bronco in 97 and the F150 changed design and there was a light duty f-250 with a different design, but the obs F250 HD was the same as the previous years as was the 97 F350.

If you need it bad enough there is no such thing as too much. And honestly they do get pricy, and I didnt even know they made that color, so Id say its rather rare so you probably outta jump on it if you need it. That and if its ebay see if it has abest offer and offer him like 35 plus shipping for an even 50. Either way if you need it, you need it. At least thats what I tell my wife.

HAHAHA! Well hes asking 69$ plus 12 for shipping i offered 50 including shipping like an a$$ and he said 65...then a couple days later came back with 60$ shipped, So i might as well get it. Just seems like a project to install...like my headlights. Those seem like a day project! Unless im looking at it wrong.

Headlights usually are a day project cause its hard to see without them at night or to see them to install them at night.

Well...you have the old style body with your 97 right? there apparently was a change between early 97's which are basically 96's and later 97's which were really '98s

The 97 OBS are classified as an F-250 Heavy duty where as the was a 97 F50 light duty which had more of a resemblance to the F-150 of that year. The F-350 had no change at all that year. And most any of the OBS have interchangable parts in some form or other be it body or motor (assuming it was the same kind of motor in that era).

Better buy if there are no cracks in it! New they were much more than that except you can't get them any more.

I'm going to buy it, the guy said its mint. didnt see any issues in the pictures.

Fox~ i did call that number, he said he didnt have any maroon dashpads. However i would like to take a ride down there and see what he has. Then it sounded like his cell lost service and he hung up lol. I really need that little piece of plastic that goes around the over-drive button on the shifter. Im sure he'll have one.
