If I remember, I was getting mid to high teens. Those things are not too aerodynamic and should have 4.11 gears, but are fun.

I'll probably do an Oil change before I make the ride home, this way I can expect a bit more out of the engine. I need at least 18mpg, sounds high, but do you think I could push that out of the engine, keeping the load low, and lots of drafting?

I think so, mine included in town driving. Mine was also TBI, I think 95 is MPI.

Ah, yes, I would ask my Aunt, but she's not so literate when it comes to Cars.

Can you do a quick tune before driving it? If not, then I would at least throw in a new air filter and PCV valve. Both are super easy and will help with economy.

I'll be down there for a bit. Week and a half or so, so I'll get some things done before hand. Oil change, maybe tranny also, new Filter, plugs, wires, PCV, simple things.

Since it has the rounded lights, does that make it a late-model 95? No 96 year, but im sure they produced them in early 96 as a 95, right?

I am not sure. I do not think it is a YJ. I do not think they mixed and matched parts with those. You might have an authentic TJ with coil springs at all 4 corners. See if your aunt can send you some pictures of the suspension.

I was about to leave Walmart after work when I see this clean early 70s maroon and white Ford pickup pull into a shallow puddle of water in the parking lot and proceed to light up the tires. Like music to my ears! It would be awesome to smoke a ricer in a truck like that. Then afterwards, to finish the trip to your destination heartily laughing your butt off. lol

I took my truck out for a quick spin today...it ran PERFECT! No hesitation, no sputtering in any gear, nothing. Responded great when I put my foot in it (mildly of course), and the sound of the motor running smoothly put a huge smile on my face.

I didn't realize til today though how jacked up the front end is. I pulled into a nearby parking lot to turn around, and I got a ton of body roll. Granted, the rubber donut on the radius arm is long gone, but I didn't notice how badly it needs TLC.

I'm used to the Cherokee too, so it was a whole new experience driving my old Ford. Gonna be funny getting used to parking a 15ft long truck after driving a tiny little Jeep around for a year. lol

It's all 12V power inside the computer, idk for sure yet.

3 things though.

1, Had an interested buyer in the F250 today, really likes the fact that it has a big lift on the back and the 351 (NOT the 300 :P)

2, My computer would look bitching with a CB mounted on it...

and finally, I am putting the computer to the test today. New episode of Top Gear, which means another torrent download!.

...no lagging as of now
