Hi all. Tried my hand at baking bread yesterday for the first time at altitude....didn't turn out the way I was hoping. Round two of experimentation will start next weekend.
Also the sun and resulting penetrating heat is forcing my husband and me to get our Windows tinted. Hopefully that will help a little with the oven our cars become when sitting in the sun.
