no thank god inside ripping up floors and such a whole apt rehab right down the the floor joists on a lot of it -gonna be a expensive job

Cccccold. Just looked, we passed our " projected " high by 1°. Was supposed to be 20°. Not even 5° at 8:30 this morning. Thinking more & more about Southern Ariz. Actually looked at Google maps.
