Oil Pressure cut-off for fuel pumps

Does anyone know the part number for the sensor that cuts power to the fuel pump relay if there isn't oil pressure?

The descriptions on Schucks website aren't specific enough for me to choose which part I want...

Thanks!

Ive had mine bypassed now for several months. No luck finding one of these, not even a Ford part #.

I'm going to have to go look for one in a junk yard if it comes down to it, I guess. I need to run down to the junk yard to get a courtesy lamp and power windows/doorlock bezels anyway...

I'm going to go look through my engine bay and see what the various oil sensors look like. IIRC, this one has a semi-circle shape and a three pin plug.

Hell, I can just put any-old oil pressure switch on in it's place, I'd just have to change the wiring! Awesome!

ok, guys, I just went through this problem myself, but with a little help from the Ford master catalog I have, I got it done. The Ford part # is E0AZ9278A. Had to have the parts man cross the # to find a replacement, as it will not apear in the listings under applications. Usually has to be ordered, but can be gotten. Good luck guys.

I'm pleased to report that mine actually works. The plug had come loose, as it seems to have a broken retaining clip...

Great it still works. Kind of a hassle to change (at least for me). Don't know if a replacement pigtail is still available, tho. Might try wrapping a zip-tie around the threaded shank on the switch, then threading another through it and between the wires to hold it in place. (old school type fix)

Gm used the same switch to activate the electric choke on thier cars up till the late 80's,and older big trucks used them to kill diesels if it lost oil pressure.it's just a switch that is normally open and the switch closes when it gets pressure.and auto parts store should have them,
