Yea i know Steven. They all are brand new, not even a month old! This sux. Need to disconnect the uppipe from the manifold and see if it is soaked. Truck is parked til this weekend when i can get to it! ugh!
r-u-kidding? How did we get back to injector o rings? Might want to check the oil level.
We got back to orings because earlier in the day the truck would start no problem, and tonight after i got off work to come home, the truck wouldnt start. So in theory this is telling me i have a leaking oring which in turn is draining the HPO reservoir. So now the truck is parked as to not take any chances in hydrolocking the engine.

How does a leaking o ring drain the hpop reservoir? Good luck:
Ok, i hate going back and forth like this, but when things throw a curve ball at you, it messes up a persons thinking. Anyway, i went out tonight and checked the oil level in the HPO reservoir and it seems to be good. about a half inch below the very bottom of the lid. So then i started the truck and it fired right up.
So i look back and maybe the reason it was a hard start earlier was because of the colder temps we are having here, single digits and below zero. I had plugged the truck in tonight when i got home to see if it would help, and it did. I didnt plug the truck in at work, no ability to do that. So now i think we are back to the turbo, and i will take everything off and take a look at the inside and see if there are any signs of leakage.
I'm really interested on your findings there Ken, don't hear much about a 38R going down but I'm sure it happens, and only 2 or 3 years old at that, subscribing.
Lisa and Mike, im not sure what the warranty is on these units. I do know Garrett has a stringent process as far as their warranty claims. so we will see. I will be throwing the stocker on there this weekend to see how it goes.
This truck is really throwing curve ***** at me. I went to start it up this morning after being plugged in and being 8-9 degrees, and the truck hickupped and had a little issue starting, but did start, not right away tho. Hmmm, relaly gonna have to dig into this one.
