ugh, this sux!!! Might just ordr a new one and then try and send this one off to be warrantied and see where it goes. cant have the truck down for too long for them to decide if they will warranty it or not.

I would think you could idle it with the intercooler tubes off and probably would see it spitting oil. Starting to sound like boom part 4. Joe (Izzy) I think has a similar problem boom part 3.

A buddy of mine here in town has a stocker im probably going to throw on her. Try and send the 38R back for possible warranty work and see if it can done or will be done. then in the meantime im going to look at different turbo options. Inputs are welcome.

I agree with Layson, go for the 42 series charger or something similar. Why the heck not if your 38R took a dump?

Right, but i need to try and get the 38R fixed before i can even try and get any money out of it. Need to call Garrett up and see what they say. cross my fingers.

Yea Gregs setup is nice. Been talkin to JDUb about the Modified QSSB, but it is a chunk of change. but it does come with everything i will ever need to install it. No serious downtime for modfication/fabrication, etc. bolt it in and go

What happened to yours, did you sell it with your AFE? Pull and save might have one.

If you are leaking oil out the connections from the manifold to the uppipes you might have a leak and loosing boost. Just a thought.

Ok, well, i went to start my truck to come home tonight and it wouldnt start, all it would do is crank and crank and crank and smoke like a son of a gun! So I am guessing turbo is good, i have a bad injector oring somewhere!!!
