I was trying to be polite to the young lady, but now that everyone else has given her a hard time, I guess I could ask, this is

It more than likely would have but her brother bought it for her. Yeah, it is sorta illeal, but legal. She has had it here for almost a year. I am surprised the local LEO's hasn't busted her for it yet. But really, they cannot say anything. It is in her brother's name.
This either is a personal problem or some needs a blood infusion. LOL
