Climbed about 5° in the last hour, just passed that 25° mark. 5 MPH wind doesn't help any. I would volunteer to deliver cookies for the church today. Another bright idea of mine that didn't turn out the way I thought it would ( as usual ). Think I am going to try that ign. cylinder today. If I remember what I read right, the switch has to be in the run position anyway. Run = HEAT, yeah!!! Listened to my message from the ins. co., the total damages ( including contents & clean up ) came out to almost $10,000.00. After I pay the clean up crew & they take depreciation off everything, I might actually get a couple dollars ( less my deduction of course ). About time to get ready to go, see y'all tonight. Try to stay warm.

Yep - getting cloudy here.
I changed the thermostat on the van this afternoon. Was not looking forward to it one bit, but it turned out to be a fairly simple job. No busted knuckles, no cursing, no problems what-so-ever. It was really pretty strange to have something so simple go so well. The only unexpected thing I ran into was discovering my transmission cooler lines loose and leaking. 5 minutes and a screwdriver fixed that up. I'll be checking those again when I change the oil - if they still leak, I'll change them out then.
