Truckman9, if you don't find a set soon or don't get the one on eBay, I should have a set for you by the end of the month or so.

FYI, when I am bidding on things on E-bay I will often use an e-bay sniper like Auctionsniper.com. It will increase your chance of winning without getting into a bidding war.Check it out.

Vent frames

Hopefully you'll find a set soon ; as you know they are hard find, especially when you want them.

I managed to work on mine today, with help from FTE I heated them and the glass came out in one piece ! Glass needs replacing but now I'm looking at powdercoat or chrome, not sure yet.

Good luck with your build.

Ok a few years have passed but was wondering if anyone had a lead on the replacements? Mine are not bad, but they are not that good either. .....

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this board and need to track down a vent window assembly for my 51 F1. It looks like there hasn't been a post on this subject since 2004 so hopefully someone is making these new by now. If not, please let me know if you have any ideas on how I can find a good set. The chrome 5 Star style would be ideal but I don't want to be greedy! Thanks in advance for the help.

Still no repro.

I have a set from a 5 Star Extra Cab. The chrome isn't in the best of shape. You can also use an assembly from the regular cab and get the frames re-chromed.

Email sent on the set I have.
