I put a fuel return line kit on my truck about 2 months ago and it has already started sucking air again. I'm gonna pull it off and replace the orings with the Viton ones. Does anyone know what size orings I need to get? Thanks.

Here's a re-post of my post about this in 2006:
Got my Viton (biodiesel-proof) O-rings online from mcmaster-carr.
Their part number 9464K24. They're 7/16" ID x 5/8" OD and the 111 part # is good as well.
Just go to their website and plug that number into the search field and poof! Up they come - Dirt cheap too! Something like $5.93 for -50- of them! These are the "normal" round shaped examples; they also list those "X" shaped ones too, as well as "Mil-Spec" for a little more $$$.
Only took me about an hour to replace them all. Kind of a bear sitting up there on top O' the engine though; picking those darn things off with a dental probe!
Lube them up good with vaseline, and they roll on easier if you put the TOP one on first (thanks cdnsarguy), then the bottom one (each injector takes 2). I used a dental probe to remove the old ones. None of my old caps were cracked so I re-used them; no problems with leaks yet. McMaster also sells Viton fuel line if you want to go that (return line) route between the caps too.
