More than likely a tire issue, Kev. Try swapping the fronts, left to right, right to left, and see what that does. I'll bet it pulls to the left. Let us know.

Is this while driving on the road or sitting still? (not as dumb as questions as you might think, hook up the hoses wrong on a MII and you’ll see, watch out for your hand).
Maybe is because the Volare part doesn’t know that it is in the united kingdom and wants to get onto the correct side of the road?

If your talking about when the front end is off the ground and the steering wheel turns when you start the engine, the chy. steering boxes had to be "centered".
If while wheels are on the road and driving can be brakes dragging on one side, wheel bearing bad on one side, front end alignment way off, low tire, bad tire, and the list can go on and on.
never thought of allignment , ddoo ! not had truck alligned yet as still finishing build, all new parts on front end inc w/tires, so most likely problem, liked the right hand side driving joke , cheers guys,

Almost anytime I've had a car pull left or right when driving it has been due to a camber imbalance. Though a caster imbalance would also induce this.

Just noticed you've done a full rebuild? You would want to check for square, that the rear axle is pointed straight ahead and not skewed, or translated off-center.
That will make the vehicle "crab" down the road and will feel like a pull to the driver.
