I don't think it will hurt to add some diamond plate. But 3/4" steel is a little much. Lol.

Flat plate in the right spots adds a lot of strength. Hell my rear diff cover is made of dimand plate. Strong as hell, it has stopped my pickup more than once. Lol.

i was joking lol...1/2 is the thickest it will get, i cant afford to squat the front end of my truck with the weight of the bumper HAHAHA

i have to admit diamond plate is pretty stong we use it alot at work but i think 1/2 steel will be stronger haha...im gonna try my luck at paint again and see if i can create my plans..

diff covers from diamond plate? that would be sweet!

Lol thats kind of how my rear bumper is. It doesn't make the truck squat, but it is RIDICULOUSLY heavy. Especially with the 1/2"+ mounting plates that I put on it after I bent/broke the old mounts. I used a large jack and my bud to get it on. With a couple giant bolts to hold it to the truck. My frame will break in half before my bumper does.

yeah if it werent for school id be set...but i only get about 20 hrs a week of work so i dont make a lot of money after i pay insurance, phone bill, gas, and now oil for my truck...

gonna take a crack at that oil leak tomorrow or wednesday...one less thing to do...anyone close to me got a zf 5speed for sale? LOL

I'm currently running on no insurance. My daily driver's insurance expired and I haven't renewed it, and now that it broke down i'm not sure I should lol.

And my $90 car isn't worth insuring. Although i'm slightly afraid i'm going to lose a tire and i'll get slapped with some huge fines lol.
