I recently purchased new injector cups from Swamps. When i ordered from them, they sent me the Ford Rotunda tool with them as a loaner to change them. Here are some pics of it so you guys can see what the actual tool looks like and if you know a machineist, possible get one built. The Tap is a 1-1/4"x20 UN tap. Part number 014-00934-1. It has a 5" slide hammer. I made a quick drawing of the hammer below. W=width and H=hight.
Kevin, I know it is early morning so, just for clarification, do you mean 1 1/4 x 20 tap? Good pics and great drawing. A copy is definitely going in to my SD internet info folder. Thanks.

Nice post Kevin. I changed it in your original post. Reps sent.
Whitaker Tools also make injector cup removal and installation tools. I have not checked on pricing but they are supposed to be much less expensive then Rotunda. Whitaker Tool Link

DITTO!!! Went through the site and found the prices. $52.00 for the cup driver is not bad, BUT $330.00 for the extraction tool seems rediculous. A cutting edge bolt from Caterpillar is the way to go. LINK
