why do I feel like I got hit by a truck? Why did that truck put it in reverse and run over me again? why did the driver of that truck get out and shoot me 20 times? why did the driver of the truck wrap me in a blanket of TNT? Why did he light the fuse? Why is it taking so long for that fuse to burn? why doesn't the TNT blow now?

Why am I wide awake and feeling better than I have in two weeks at 12:30, ready to take on the world, but still dread tomorrow, full knowing that I won't feel as good tomorrow when I wake up. Why do I have to take the cough medicine with Codine in order to fall back asleep? Why will I have to go back to a soggy soaking bed when the Codine does kick in?
