why did the customer take a timelock apart and still expect the safe door to open the next morning, why didn't they tell me about it until 4pm today? Why did they generate a call in a hurry and tell me they wanted it open by the end of the day? Why did I burn up a 3/4 inch shank Milwaulkee drill knocking a hole in the safe? why was smoke still coming out of my drill about a half hour after I go the door open? Why was I so nice to the customer? Why did the person who screwed up the safe have to be such a nice person that I would have felt really bad trying to teach them a lesson about calling us out for winding too much time on the timelocks rather than pulling the fence off. Why did it take three hours of burning up drill bits to get into it?
