2000 Explorer Window Problem

2000 Explorer Window Problem
My windows motor is fine as it will open and close the window however in order to due this I have to push down on the window or pull up as it has come off of the track. If I do not it will open on a bad angle and when I close it if I don't help guide it, it will pop right out. Does anyone know how easy this would be to fix on my own? Any suggestions?

i would take off the door panel and look insdie. i guess a anchor bolt came loose and the track is not in position now. maybe some lube and readjust the track. should be able to see problem with the inner door panel off.
