9 inch rear end..?

9 inch rear end..?
I'm putting my 79 f150 cab on a 79 250 frame and planning on selling the old frame and rear axle. It's a nine inch...How much should it be worth? pretty good condition frame...one part could use a patch, but other than that everythings fine. i have no idea what it'd be worth, and i think my brothers are trying to screw me out of it. lol. anyone have an accurate answer?

Depends on where you're at, but around here (Northern Colorado) an entire rear 9 inch is about $115 and the center section drop-out is $50.
If the drop-out has some cool ratios like 3.70, 3.89 or 4.11 you might get more in a private sale. Some guys drool over Trac-Locs, but around here the junkyards don't care, it could have a Detroit Locker, 4.56 gears... it's still $50 it just takes some time to find them in the yard.
You'd probably get more money scrapping the frame than selling it.

Ok, 1st of all, Welcome to FTE, 2nd,,,,, EXPLAIN the name!!! That is funny! 3rd... yep frames are about scrap price, 9" depends on your location,,,,, if it is 3.73,,, and your close,,, I will give ya $50!

yeah, i'm pretty sure for around here they're worth a good bit...at least the 300$. I'm trying to get the most possible out of it, so i think im going to post it on craigslist when the time comes for like 500 and see if anyone would want it that bad. i need the money to finish the rest of my truck lol.
the name, well robot sounds like my last name so people call me and my brother robot, except i have a vagina, so yeah. it goes together quite nicely. And having a vagina definitely gets you a lot of truck parts for free. lol. maybe someone will feel bad for me and buy it for that much. i hope. i need a new carb and other misc. parts.

Where are you located?
Here in So. California I see people ask for $300 or more and I laugh. $200 is a decent deal for most around here I would say.
I won't pay more than $100 though as I know I can always find one for around that.

Your not a girl pal pal roo your one of the guys only you have a vagina and probably longer hair and smell better but other than that you are one of the guys as for the 9in round my parts a lot of guystry to get them to put in other things like race cars drag cars home build hot rods that kind of thing so I can normally jack someone for about 400$

im from good old fayette county pa. everyone here is dumb enough to jew out of anything. like i said, i might just try to sell it for 500 and see if anyone would go for it. if not the highest i can get will do. even if that means junkin it.
i doubt i smell better by the way, i live on a farm and usually smell like farm animals. lol. but i guess long hair and a vagina counts for something, eh?.

OMG lol from trucks to the bushes and everything in betweenthis is going to sound weird but i actually do not mind the smell of animals on a girl i kind of like the whole cow girl thing I live in wyoming so we got a lot of farm girls here too
