Still no start Help !
Ok i put in a new icp and a new ipr ( easy to do do ) got everything back together no kinks in fuel line and i crank on it and no start but every once in a while it starts and idles at 600 but no throttle response maybe could it be my throttle assembly ? any ideas would be great !!! thanks for the help so far guys!!! oh and there are no codes to be found with my scan tool!

Did you ever replace the oil soaked ICP connector?
When the oil smelled like fuel, it may mean injector problems. Did you ever get an oil analysis?
Pull the turbo intake tube and see what the blades look like. Are they worn (question since you got a low MAF code)?
Here is a link to a "no-start" troubleshooting list. You may want to look closely at the items that relate to low "high pressure" oil pressure.

Also, look over the injector troubleshooting tip near the end.
Did you look at the throttle position sensor wiring for wire chaffing like bigredtruckmi suggested?
