Edelbrock Throttle Cable Problem

I have my New Edelbrock 1406 4 bbl carb on and it appears to run like a champ, except I cant drive it because I cant hook up the gas pedal! Do they make some sort of throttle cable kit or something with these carbs? Was just wondering how the people on this forum that are running these carbs hooked up the throttle cable. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Go to the Edelbrock site and bring up carb adapters. Everything you need is there. They have one specifically for your setup.

I have an Edelbrock 1403 carburetor on my '79 and I used a Lokar cable with custom-made brackets. There are pictures of my setup in my gallery. Note that mine is a straight six, so the carburetor sits at a 90 degree angle instead of like on a V8.
