Congratulations on the new house. That size is a good choice with the high basement style - the lower levels become very useable!
I am not a big fan of motorbikes (been there done that!).

Ive always really like motorbikes. I wanted an enduro for awhile, but knew I didnt wanna spend a fortune on one, but to have it more around as a cheap way to get to the city in the summer, and something to bomb around out here with.

I did look at new ones, but with all I have going on now, I said to hell with it. Id sooner get a brand new quad then a enduro!

I like 4 wheels I tend to stay upright a lil while longer.

Well something that can go offroad well, has to be smaller, so I assumed quad!

Why does it have to be small? They don't carry near as much tools, bales, and beer as say a Superduty 4x4 does.
