Few New Things...

First heres my "new" bike. 1984 Yamaha 600 xt. When I went to buy it, the guy at first told me it was a 1995! I got there, found out the year, and still bought it cause of the price, and general shape of the bike. Has one dent on the gas tank, and other then that really good shape. Needs a little bit of work, but shouldnt be bad to get going and plated.

And heres what the ol lady has been waiting for, finally got here yesterday!
I had to yank him up the ramp, due to the fact that it rained the night before. I was up till 2 in the morning hauling gravel for our driveway and ramp.

The psd looks not bad sitting next to it.

Are there lots of prefab houses in your area? New ones are pretty rare in these parts, although there is one local company building them and showing them off in the farm show.

Yeah Chad there are lots of rtms around these parts.

Thanks Collin, we move in as soon as we get everything done, like the windows, etc. The floor is getting poured this up coming tuesday, and the windows should be here in a week or two.

Thanks Sherwin, you should see the window on the walkout side, its really nice and large! Regarding the bikes, we will have to race sometime, but through a very steep dirty winding trail that you cant get down haha. I bet your pumped though man, and wishing you would have gotten it a few months ago!

I saw the house in the first picture. I was wondering when you got the house. Last talk and there was no house.
I'm jelous. I have an old one that still needs a ton of work.
Good for you and Sandra.

The house is actually kinda small. Its 1200 square feet, and then the full 1200 square foot basement. Kinda wishing I woulda went a little larger, but it will be comfy, and I chose to go smaller to be able to get a bigger shop, and upgrade my business equipment, etc. Ah well, hindsight right?!

Nice looking house and 1200 square feet is lots of room with a full basement. Our house is 1100 and we have a ton a room and the basement hardly gets used. Also, what colour is you siding? The wife likes it and we are in the market.

Nice house Sheldon. I LOVE the color if the siding. I bet your wife is some happy things are coming along.
And I think 1200 sq ft is more than enough room, especially with a full basement. Our place is just around 1450 sq ft and it seems like all I ever do is clean it! I'm glad we didn't go any bigger (in fact sometimes I wish it was smaller). Now that our basement is liveable, we can each have a level to live on which is really good when hubby is in the dog house !

1200 is plenty big and who wouldn't want a bigger shop. Plus growing your business is always good. It means more money for toys! Well hopefully thats is the case.
