oil cooler on E150

Anyone have experience adding an oil cooler to an E150 Ford van, 5.0L? The one I am looking at is a B&W cooler from carparts.com. Is there a noticeable improvement in engine cooling when towing? Also, I see there are options for fitting the screw on filter with adapter, just need enough clearance for removing filter since adapter is 1" thick.

Adding a oil cooler will increase the life of the oil in hot climates and heavy towing. If you are in a colder climate it may make your oil run too cold and not boil off any condensation.
