Six groove crankshaft pulley?

Ahh 94, I guess you mean the serpentine belt crankshaft pulley.

A salvage yard would probably be your best bet.
What is wrong with the original?

I have seen a couple posts about the idler pulley, I am going to let one of the guys running the serpentine setup answer that part.

With all the problems I see posted here, I would never even consider a serpentine setup.

V belts might bounce, but have been very dependable for me for well over 400K miles.

The only problem I ever had was losing the vacuum pump belt once, but the pump locked up.

I was still able to drive home from over 100 miles away, just had to be very careful when it came time to stop.

I agree with what i've researched on here and while the serpentine might appearto be more cosmetically appealing, seems like the belt is intended for diesels.
