Good point , Still not finding any info on removing or installing the vacuum pump pulley , while looking at the pulley its not clear what holds on the pulley (no nut or bolt) or how to remove it,,,,,,, any info is appreciated!
its what we call "press fit" because it has to be pressed on. do what rodney said and get the power steering pump pulley tool. nothing holds it on because a press fit is so tight.
Connect vacuum pump hose and install vacuum pump.
Install vacuum bolts. Tighten bolts to 23-32 Nm (17-23 ft lb) .
Install vacuum pump pulley using Steering Pump Pulley Replacer T65P-3A733-C.
Its been a while since I did mine. I cant remember if I pulled the fan out of there or not to get to it.
