Yes...it DOES make a difference if it's a 1965 or a 1966.
the engine is a 65, I have 2 pumps that have different offsets on the pulley but both bolt to the same adjustable mount. One is from a 74 f-350 w/390, the other is from a 79 f-100 w/400.
as long as the bolt pattern is the same, I'd rather not, but I can make a spacer if I have to.

There are two different FE harmonic balancers, the bolt pattern is not the same.
C3AZ6312E = 1958/67 cars; 1965/67 F100/350's.
D2TZ6316A = 1968/71 cars; 1968/76 F100/350's.
Since the engine is a 1965, you need a single sheave outer crankshaft pulley that fits 1958/67.
A pulley from 1968 thru 1976 will not bolt on the 1958/67 harmonic balancer.
Miller never called me back so I ordered it from Carpenter, he had it for $75 + 10 to ship, Thanx again, Just need to finish my engine mounts and I should be able to drop the body and bed on for good.
