Well, you're entitled to you opinion, no matter how wrong you are regarding it.

The mild hybrids I suggested are far, far from the injector anyone would want if they were building an "all out rig", besides which, I never suggested he opt for the hybrid I listed because he "MIGHT" wanna build an all out rig. I never even implied it, so please stop pulling stuff out of thin air and putting words in my mouth.

It sure seemed like AC 160 cc had become the standard for stage I's (single shot) and the same injector with larger nozzles were stage II's (ss) . $1550 Is the price I received for Casserly built injectors. The same for the $$2400+ reman hybrids.

It may have seemed like it to you, but unless you can point me to a definitive source that is accepted industry wide, I stand by my statement.

By the way, regarding the stage 2 larger nozzles that make the injector a stage 2, what exactly is the nozzle size? Is it the size Dynomite Diesel uses? Or the one's Cass uses? Or is it the one Swamps uses? Or is it one any other company uses?

Nice injectors. If he has no intentions on racing are they worth the extra $700+ to have future potential?

I have no intention of racing and I wish I had gone with them.

Also, what "future potential" are you talking about? Why did you bring that into the conversation? I sure didn't. I guess you're pulling things out of thin air again. (My turn for a rolling eyes smiley here, but I think I'll pass)

Mr. Wilson, kupaa has a 38R like I do, pulls a trailer with about the same weight as mine when it's fully loaded, under the same conditions, and occasionally opens it up on the freeway, like I do. I simply suggested an injector I wish I had gone with, instead of the AC codes I have.

My suggestion had nothing to do with future potential or building an all out rig and I think it's absurd for you to say so.

We'll have to chat soon buddy.

To the rest of the thread, hybrids can be tuned up or down, get that. They use less oil doing it.

I am off to bed.

Yeah - the winter is gonna be quite a test, but for now I am enjoying the cool 55 degree mornings and the 75 degree day today. Off to go camping for a few days and some Walleye fishing.

Your only about an hour away - give me a shout if you are in the area!

Good to see you posting again, Rich!! Sorry about the move adventure -- isn't it always an adventure? When I moved from Melbourne to Tampa (across the state), my dog got car sick and puked in the seat & crapped on the floor in the back. This is a 90lb. Lab. I'll take a little bit of cat crap any time over that mess!! LMAO!!

Sorry for the Hijack. To the OP, get the hybrids if you can drop the $$$. If not, get some SS for a little more power. Let your own wallet be your guide.

Thanks Joe...It's been a while. Finally got the truck back a month ago after $3,200 in hail damage. ouch....

Anyhow - back to the OP.

Kuppa:

For a HP comparison. Mike (Tenn01psd) is running Swamps 200 hybrids & the GTP38R and is just about at 400 hp.

I'm running Swamps 175/146 SS injectors & van turbo at 350 hp. With the GTP38R it would be closer to 375.
