How does the engine sound while cranking, compression wise?
Was compression checked?
Any chance the cam gear was installed incorrectly?
Did not check compression, but it doesn't sound like it's free spinning (no compression) and he turned it over by hand when installing the push rods and felt the compression.
We discussed the cam installation, but he says the index marks were lined up and we heard no popping noises out the intake or exhaust.
It was the injectors the whole time! Not sure what the problem is with them.(moter started right away when I changed on one side) Ill have to send them off to have checked.

Glad to hear that worked.
The chance of all 8 rebuilds being bad is pretty low, but since you had the other AD injectors there, and I was running out of reasons why the truck wouldn't start, the injector swap was the last thing I could think of.
