I am running 35's and I was going with a Lock Right until I found out it would not go in a L/S case, you have to have a open case. I am going to look into the 10.5 SD Posi.

The cases should be the same, the differential is what would be different.

.Differential Carrier Case is different on a Open or Posi Rear. The Differential housing's are the same.

im going detroit. my buddy has one in his SD with stage 2's and an h2e and he will do some donuts like crazy with that thing. haha. only thing is when you let off the gas and get back in the gas it has a tiny bit of slack that you can feel but definitely nothing 2 worry about.

Detroit locker and be done with it.....bullet proof. Lubed it with royal purple and barely know it's a locker....unless of course you are in a position where you need it to lock. Have had installed for three years and has performed flawlessly.

there is a guy over on powerstroke.org who has a lockrite in the front end of his S/D and loves it...he hasn't had any problems w/it

On the other hand detroit is king...and they are bulletproof

I know detroit is the best option... but I don't think I need it. Not for this truck anyways. My offroad truck will definately have one in both diffs
