Thanks for serving PwerStroke99. Much appreciated. Stay safe over there.
PwerStroke99, thanks for your service. It may be stupid, but I always have a tear in my my eye when I thank you guys who serve. You guys ARE the reason we continue to have the freedoms what we do.
STUART_H, who rebuilt your tranny? Or anyone is SoCal know a good shop for this? I will contact Bud @ OCDiesleShop, but I just wanted to fine this out to those in the know. I am in SoCal, with a 2003 F350 6.0L, and I'm looking at options for rebuilding my trans, increasing the strength/etc. I think it may be starting to slip, and since I don't know how it was treated the first 55k of it's life, it may be nearing a time to look at it. I've already gone through the engine, since it would've died on me soon after I bought it.
Thanks everyone. No it is not stupid to get teary eyed when thanking us. I appreciate all of the appreciation of what we do. Thank you for all of your support!
As far as the install? I did the install with the help of a friend. Not a bad job at all. Much easier if u have a vehicle lift. But not bad doing it on the ground
