Any 460/429 swap header will fit. L&L makes shorty, inside the frame long tube, and out side the frame aka Fender well exit headers. Mad Dog makes larger fender well headers if your running PI or CJ/SCJ exhaust ports. Stay away from the Hedman's, they are way over priced and have thinner flanges and tubes.

Is your SC a F-150 or F-250?

I have a F-250. Thing is I put the body on a 1985 F-350 frame so I'm not sure if that will make a difference. I have C8VE heads on it.

I would go with headers that are made for your 85. This would probably rule out any fender well headers. L&L has these L&L Products

here is what summit offers for a 460 in an 85 F-350 4x4

Don't have an answer on the body swap issue although I would probably suggest getting the headers for the chassis NOT the body.

Your heads are standard 429/460 heads so just get the ones that are for standard setup and NOT for the cj/scj heads.

edit: kettle was a little faster LOL

Good luck, keep us posted, Body swaps are becoming more common and it's nice to know what fits what.

It didn't exactly fit too good. I put a 79 supercab body on a 85 reg cab frame and cut the box to fit, alot of bloody knuckles but worth it. Making the new body mounts was defiantly a learning process. Has 75% new body panels. Put in leather heated buckets from an 04 F-150. Again thanks for the tips guys
