I got a set of headers for my 78 3/4 ton 4x4 with cj flanges from Stans and had HUGE fitment problems. They hit the frame mount and the driveshaft. A $400 mistake I'll never make again. Stahl might make something along the lines of what you need.
Heddman makes a good fitting set of fenderwell exits to fit a 4x4. Check there website and look under engine swap hedders they may have some for a 2 wheeler also.

Nitro520, I also picked up a set of Stans Headers. In my case though they fit great (F150 4X4 though). I had the CJ HD flange put on and everything cleared except some brake line. The quality of the headers is very good. Now I started originally with Hooker Super Comps, used their motor mounts and could not get them to fit. I tried Hedman next and they hit the frame. I never got as far as the L&L but lots of people on the list enjoy them. It seems there are enough little variations that you may have to try one or two different manufactures to get what you want. You have one advantage in that with a two wheel drive you have less obstacles to clear. I know some speed shops and the big mail order companies will take back your order if they don't fit (as long as your careful with them). Good luck and don't give up, the impossible only takes a little longer.

Thanks for all the reply's. What size of primaries are you guys running and what length(equal or not)? I would like to run 2" primaries and close to equal length. This is for a drag application. 520ci with a ultradyne solid roller, blue thunder heads, dominator and 12:1 comp.
Mine are "TRI-Y" design with 1 3/4" primary,2" secondary and a 2 1/2" collector. The engine is 460 c.i.d with CJ heads and could really use the bigger primaries but in the class I pull in you can only run chassis headers. (Which royally SCREWS us ford boys!) Are you allowed fenderwell headers? If so, it would probably be easier to find a set if you want to go that way. I'd say you'll need at least a 2" primary maybe bigger.By the way, a guy in the class above me ran the blue thunder heads w/ ford exhaust ports and used a set of 2 1/8" primaries equal length and a 3 1/2" collector fenderwell exit headers from Stahl and had very good luck installing them.
