~96,000 on my 02. After that happened I just got rid of it and went with the 6.0. Servos were shot and you wouldn't believe the close calls that I had at intersections when it wouldn't shift properly.

I had one let go at 60k while plowing, have seen them go at 40k when they're employee driven plow trucks. I would think with mostly highway miles they'd last a long time as long as they're not getting too warm. Seems that heat is the number one tranny killer.

I have 126,000 on mine right now with no problems yet. I also have the dreaded Diode. I am sure with the mods I have, it won't be much longer.

I just pulled mine out at 180k to replace the flywheel. I drained the fluid and put a new filter and stuck it back in. I'm now at 185k.

The Diode is a part that they changed for the '01 year. It is not in the gas engine trucks, just the diesel trucks.

What engine do you have?

EDIT: Never mind, you have a gaser.

It is highly variable. My dad has a 2000 7.3 that has over 180k on it with no problems whatsoever. My grandfather had a 2000 7.3 that had the tranny go out at 130k. A friend of my dad's has a 2001 7.3 that had the tranny go out at only 70k. Lastly, one of my relatives has a 2001 Expedition 5.4 that had the tranny just go out at 90k. As you can see, it's nearly impossible to predict.
