5.8 Sputtering at higher RPM's
So I just took everything after the cat, off my truck. It sounds boss as anything and I love it. But I went to wash my truck today, and after that. The truck now sputters and seems really choked up at any RPM higher then 2500-3000. Almost like it is skipping when you try to rev it out. Itll pop and sputter and obviously not run right. Yet it runs great at lower RPM's. I figured it was just a little water in the exhaust, and that it would evaporate once the truck got a little hot. But after driving on the highway 25 miles round trip, its still the same. What could my problem be?
The truck is a 1996 F-250 with a 5.8 and a E4OD.
