Need some help. I want to put a set of headers on my Truck, Its a 67 f-100 2wd with a 460 and a C6. I cant find any that have that application accept for L&L products but I'm NOT going to pay 800$ bucks. I called Hooker and the guy there basically told me good luck. He did mention a set for a 73 f-100 with a BBF. Just wondering what you guys are using and what will work. I already have to re-do the motor mounts from the previous scabber that owned the truck so as long as something is close I feel like I can make it work. Let me know guys thanks
Summit racing and Jegs lists them for a mid 70's F-350 2wd, should be the same. They both have a set under $200.00 but they wouldn't ship for about a month. Summit had a set for around $330 that would ship today. I think I would stay away from 4wd headers because of the steering differences.
I was looking at those Headman's. Didnt know they wouldnt ship for that long. But a few other guys also said that mid 70's 2wd would work too. Thanks guys
There were no 460s installed in 67s, so no applications are available. I don't recall first year that they were, but go with mid/late 70s 2wd. The engine bay area is basically unchanged from 65-79. I hope you have the 3 piece perches. That will aid in proper fit of headers.
