If that's the case have someone with a lathe square the ends for you. It wouldn't take much for someone to do that.

Looks to me like you're going to have some injector line clearance issues on the intake side..

Could be the pic angle.

-Enjoy

it does have a little issue, but its not really enough to matter, and the psd's intake tube is pressed up against the valve cover so i dont really think it will matter. but i guess i will find out lol

Yes, I'm very interested but don't really have anything useful that I can contribute, so here I am...... Out of the way but eagerly waiting for updates.

Can't wait to see how it spools.

Heard of it but never looked for it.

See, now look how far off topic we are. This is why I kept it brief

To subscribe to the thread you have to go advanced reply.

That looks like it needs more clearance to the firewall.
Heavy torque will twist the engine enough that it will be into the firewall hard.

Also what are you doing with the EBPV?
You are going to have to secure it in the open position at the least.
If you had a way to close it, cheap exhaust brake, but they are normally actuated by oil pressure on a Stroke motor.

As for the intake hat, I would go with heavier metal than exhaust pipe, just for the adility to have the mating intake end machined true and have a wider surface pressing on the O ring seal.

That is what Hypermax used an a 093 ATS turbo system when adding an intercooler.
