I can't say to much more than what was already said. The main thing is to be yourself. If you try to be something that your not you are staring off on the wrong foot. Good things come to those who wait. I am 42 and have been through relationship h***. Will I ever fall in love again? I hope so. When the time comes it comes. Be pateint. Give her a call. Even if things don't work out you always learn from your experiences wether they are good, bad or indifferent.

got a reply, Btw my next move was going to call her
she said she doesnt rush into anything ...that shes been busy and that "slow" and "patience" are good things.
Im just glade that shes not mad at me, I was about worried sick. I see a lot of stuff we have in common and I hope we remain close.

Sounds like she is the one callin the shots..Step up and let her make the next move. If you contact her before she trys to contact you it is OVER...Dont go beggin . If she had the hots for you SHE WOULDNT BE SAYING THAT CRAP ABOUT SLOW IS GOOD,,,,,,,,,,,Good grief man. Mark her off. Let me tell you something about women......If a woman finds a man she wants to "BE" with other than her old boyfriend that she broke it off with, the old boyfriend can win the lottery and show up in a new corvette and lots of cash to spend on her or even "walk on water like JESUS" and shes still going to be with her new man even if hes a bumb and you ant gettin chit..........period.

A month ago, my very first GF left me for her ex after just over a week with me...
Crap happens. I've known her for a year now (and work with her), and we got closer and closer every day until I finally fell in love. I told her my feelings (never done this before, keep in mind) and we hit it off great. She still had feelings for her ex and ended it with me because she felt she wasn't being "fair" to me. I fell hard too...
Moral of the story; Don't just jump into it and expect it to work out perfectly. She is not the only woman in the world. Women are strange creatures and should be handled with extreme care...

My goodness gracious..... don't listen to that advice. Geesh.... the games people don't play. Just follow your heart, be genuine and let things happen naturally. And I think that it's good that you both agree to take it slow. That means you are both on the same page and neither of you will dive in too fast which could very well blow it.
