Well that's good to know for those of us in central CT. Its way more convenient then waiting 2 weeks. I'm in Newington every couple of weeks anyways, probably heading down there today for a Best Buy run.

How long you going to be there for? I'm still unshowered and not sure exactly when we are getting out of here. Sooner rather than later I hope.

Oh, I'll make it before that. I image it will be 45 - 60 minutes more, probably 10:30 or so. My wife has an appointment, but my daughter and I will stop on through.

Last I knew Penn wanted significantly more for it. That's why I went the Blackstone route.

I know Penn is hurting for business right now though.

Here's the flier we got from them.

#1: To ease into Spring, we're bringing back 1999 labor rates!

#2: Finance Specials on any in-shop service work over 10k and up to 100k*
9 months deferred payments and then 0% financing or 12 months
OR
0% financing for 24 months

#3: Major component rebuilds**
10% off total repair price
0% financing for 24 months*
FREE 3 year/5000 hour extended service coverage with repair

*CAT AccessAccount required
**Not to be combined with $99 labor rate special

#4 Do you have a non-CAT undercarriage on your CAT machine?
Convert it back to CAT during the month of April with these specials
Receive an additional $2000 credit for work completed in our shop
0% financing for 24 months*

#5 Do you have a bucket with a non-CAT edge?
FREE base EDGE
0% financing for 24 months

#6 CAT Certified Rebuild Specials - Power Train or Complete Machine
10% off total repair price
0% financing for 24 months*
FREE 3 year/5000 hour extended service coverage

That's exact from what they sent me.

And I messed up the fuel filter by forgetting to put the o-rings on the new one because they fell out of the box. That resulted in fuel spraying onto the fan and spraying all over the side of my truck and the shop.

I was irritated and not thinking straight so I just put the old filter back in and tossed the new one. It wasn't until I was changing the oil that I found the o-rings and realized the problem. They fell out and went underneath the truck because the box fell apart when I was walking into the shop.
