Installing Guages

I hope I am not the first one to ask this question. I couldn't find any relevant posts so it leads me to believe I am.

I purchased a isspro tri gauge kit, pyrometer, boost, and trans temp, but am not sure where to install the sensors. Nothing seems obvious.

Pyrometer: I still have the OEM downpipe and the sender is longer than the downpipe is thick!

Trans temp: I don't see anywhere to install the sender. There are a couple of plugs, but I didn't want o just pop one out.

Boost: Totally lost on this one. Surely I don't drill a hole in the turbo!

Any links or advice would be appreciated.

I'm no pro but I have researched a bit...pyro goes to left hand rear exhaust manifold....there is a flat spot at the end...drill and tap...tranny gauge hooks up on driverside pull the top plug I believe and connect there...boost goes to the hose for the MAP sensor....now don't go out and start hackin'...I've never done these yet....but my research points to these locations..someone will chime in with more experience than myself....hth

Trans-temp sender location

I believe this is the plug where the trans-temp sender gets installed. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Still looking for the map sensor line and will check out the left rear of the manifold.

Thanks.

MAP line exits the passengers side intake manifold and travels to the firewall to plug into the MAP sensor.

Here is a link to pyrometer location - https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/8...aust-temp.html

tee for boost gauge

Thanks for the link. Pics always help. I figured out where the map sensor line was shortly before you posted. Thank goodness for Alldata. Anyway, the link is great and answers the rest of my questions. Looks like I am good to go.

A-Pillar Tri-Gauge Mount

Now all I have to do is find better a-pillar mount for the gauges. The one I bought is pretty close to worthless.
