Find keyless entry code?

I have a 2005 F250 supercrew king ranch fx4. I got it used, and can't find the card for the keyless entry code. From my searches, I'm deducting that they're in different places on different models. Anyone know where it would be on this one?

Thanks in advance!

If you open the little storage door in the bottom of the dash and look through the opening you will be able to see the silver computer with big black numbers on the label. That will be your default door code.

No luck. I moved about 3 layers of that white insulation stuff and still didn't see anything like that

When you look through the opening you need to look just behind were the stereo is. I will double check on my truck in just a few minutes to verify this.

Also I just looked for mine but could not see. You might also remove the small panel that has the useless hook on it next to the power source and see if you can see it from there. I will check when I get home from work again to find it for you. One more thing make sure you are looking up against the firewall.

Ok, I just found it again. Open the small storage door. When the storage door is open their is a rubber stopper on each side. Press in and the storage door will come out of the dash for a bigger opening. Look through the opening and move some insulation out of the way. You should see a black box with 2 green connectors and 1 blue connector going to it. You will need a flash light to see up in there. On that black box there is a white label with big black numbers on it. Look for the 5 digit number on the white label closest to the drivers side. That will be your keyless entry code.

Viper, I don't care what anyone else says... you are THE MAN!

I can't thank you enough for taking the time to do that. I actually had 1 green, 1 blue, and 1 gray connector, but it was the only box that made sense. The sticker was hard as hell to read, but I managed to find it.

Thanks again bud! The dealership wanted $85 to do that for me...

you have to move a lot of that insulation...

Follow the directions above. When you move that door, it's straight back, if not slightly to the right. It's mounted on the back wall that you see, I guess the firewall. Once you see it, you'll know.

Glad you found it. I went through the same trouble you did when I bought my truck used and I wasn't about to pay the dealership money for that.

Hey 04f-250mark, just use the directions below and it shouldn't be to hard to find. You just have to move a little insulation and a few wires and make sure you have a flashlight to see.
