jleal_21, its under the frame rail Driverside. You should see the filter housing clear enough, thats the HFCM (Horizontal Fuel Control Module). Depending on what year you have the plug can be easily removed and drained. Just make sure you have a bucket under it to catch the contaminated fuel that comes out. You may also want to upgrade to a Knurled thumb wheel plug (if you have the older 8MM hex head plug that is flush mounted in the HFCM). It's about $17 dollars at your local dealer...or maybe even cheaper at a local International store. You may have to drain it a few times depending on how bad the filter is contaminated.
