It's on the driver's side under the front dash up behind emegency brake. Should be a black control box with a bold 5 digit code for your keyless entry.
Once you have the code under the dash you can recode it to a new 5 digit code of your choice. Check your manual for instructions or let the forum know if you don't have a manual.
With the help of you guys that contributed to my request for help I was able to find the code. Again thanks for your help.
If someone else needs the same info, this is what I found. The code was on a white(translucent) plastic box which was above and to the outboard side of the steering column. It measured approx. 6in. x 3in. x1 1/2 in. thick. There was a sticker which said Ford Electronics (Canada) and the code was in bold numbers(5 digits).
GREAT!!! Saved me $35. I asked the dealer if they could get the keypad code out of a used Expedition and they said $35 and about a half hour. I just went out and got it myself in about 1 min!!!!

"FTE forum good. Dealer bad." I second that!!
Most newer model vehicles have to have the code retrieved with a scan tool. Unless the service advisor is some genius who knows each and every model and how to obtain their door codes they will just give you the worst case scenario.
I read on another website that some of the newer vehicles the security box the code is written on is behind the radio compartment, if you take the 4 plastic screws loose under the steering wheel and lay on the floor with a flashlight you can see it back behind the radio!
