Yes, but it's not as popular of a mod as it was back in the OBS days.
It only changes ICP, and doesn't address fueling, timing, or transmission controls. Most people opt for a chip or programmer to get the full benefits of tuning. 10K mods were popular not just because they were cheap to do, but because a long time ago there were very limited options for power mods.
On a SD, you'll get about 30 or so HP gain with a 10K mod, but EGT's go up quite a bit, you get a lot of extra smoke, idle quality might suffer (depending on your resistor size), and these trucks love to set the P1211 code. The stock HPOP doesn't keep up very well with split shot injectors on the 99+ trucks.
Anyway, my 2 cents. Yes it works, but it's only fun for about a day.

I would have to agree. I had pretty nasty shifts with the 10K also. I also had to drop $90 to replace the pigtail for the ICP that I ruined mashing those leads in there. DP is the best mod I've ever purchased for any vehicle I've ever owned hands down.
