Alright.. someone point me in the right direction.
FULL STORY:
#8 injector went out. Replace it with a ford injector($350)
Decided to buy 7 more from Dieselcare.net (diesel daddy).
Upon getting them 3 were bad from the get go. They sent me 3 more. This caused a ton more labor at the dealership ($1700 labor + $900 for injectors)
Fast forward to now..(3000 miles, 1 month) #3 injector is bad.
They send me one more. The left bank is still weak. When switching on individual injectors we can hear how horrible they run. Cost me $457 today to swap out the injector.
Send me to someone that can get the job done right.. who sells injectors that are good?
I might as well take it to ford and get 7 ford injectors cuz if those screw up then I have labor covered..
the guy in my sig is one of the top 3 builders...i got injectors used from a customer of his..even though Ryan didnt make a dime..i had trouble and he still sent me 2 new injectors and a chip at no cost to me....come to find out it was my mess up...bad oring..i must have pinched it when i put them in....Ryan want nothing in return...you cant go wrong by going though him im my book...

Send them to Lenny at Dynomite Diesel in Monroe, WA. No need to buy new injectors... they do all the honing work in house. He'll hone them to what ever you want.
you cant mix injectors from other sellers...some dont flow test..just build send and collect your cash. thats a very bad thing...Ryan's injectors are all flow tested and every one he builds are with in 3 cc of each other before it goes out the door.....
I've never heard anything bad about Ryan's injectors, but when one went out on a work truck of mine, I picked up a new Alliant injector for less than $300 (alliant makes the stock injector) and put it in. I've heard too many horror stories about rebuilds, and since I was in a hurry, and didn't want all 8, I went with a new one.

I know.. thats why I was concerned with saying anything cuz I spoke with him and he seemed like a really good guy.
I did purchase the new one he offers.. for $220
Hence my surprise when it came up weak. That whole bank is weak (1-3-5-7) and the #3 was dead before Ryan's injector went it. Could the other 3 be screwing everything up??
one bad oring failed 3 of my injectors..get this..my DP tuner failed 5 injectors and Rot VEL was way off...put in tony wildman chip and 2 fail..one of witch was the bad oring and rot vel is far better then what my DP run
Have you ohm'd out the injector solenoids (I to C). I heard one bad one can shut down a bank or cause it to run ruff. I would also think you would probably want to match all injectors.
