Home from work early because dad and my brother are bringing the stuff up to the auction yard today.

My bro is bringing his PSD and dad is bringing the trailer I loaded. Only 2 seats in the truck they're coming home with so I went home.

On another note I'd asked my brother before if he had any spare PSD stuff he wanted to sell to me since he was going to sell his truck. He said no.

Today I was spraying a little RoundUp on all the nuisance weeds in front of overhead doors, etc. and my brother called me over to his truck (The PSD)

He pulled out a bunch of stuff and started putting it on his bed rail and asked if I wanted it. So for $50 I got:

New fuel filter w/new separate lid
Brand new 6637 filter still in the NAPA box
Recon smoked cab lights
New front brake pads
I'd have taken his exhaust tip too, but he has a 5" system and I have a 4" system. Plus I already have a 5" tip and a 6" tip would look a bit ricey IMO.

He paid $40 or so for the cab lights in 07 and they're unopened. Can't beat the deal I got on em.

I can't decide if I want them on my truck or not. His truck is maroon and I think they would've looked good on his truck. Mine is dark blue and I don't really know if smoked lenses would look good on a blue truck.

 

I think they would look good on your truck Pete but if you decide you don't want them shoot me a PM and I will buy them from you. Good score by the way on all that. The air filter alone was almost worth that.

 

yeah pete...the smoke will blend in during the day and look good at night.

I really wish they hadnt gone away from cab lights..

And yea I almost felt bad taking it all for that $, but then I remembered all the favors I've done him in the past year and how he stiffed me out of 30 bucks I lent him and didn't feel bad any more.

Just do like I did Pete and set them up on top and take pics. I still haven't put mine on but I'm waiting to get wheels and tires first.

So anyone need a spare PSD? There company that will be auctioning the truck off has online bidding.

I'm going to attach a picture.
Since the picture was taken he's installed towing mirrors, removed the running boards, installed a 6637, and put on a 5" turbo-back, and put in a TC Lockup switch, and put in Autometers as well as a TS Performance chip.

Oh and I forgot he put in a billet (I think?) grill that I got him for Christmas.

Yea he's not that bright. He was an FTE member and didn't get a a chip from TW or DP.
