Yes she is. I have to learn how to ride also. If it has an engine I can drive it, a horse I'm clueless. The only thing that I know about them is food goes in one end and fertilizer comes out the other.
I was gonna dedicate a song to ya'll but the problem is ther are lots of songs about country guys and city girls but not so many about city guys and country girls...
Any suggestions anyone?
So ive gotten pulled over in a car and a truck before, a grain truck, and a semi. The next oddest thing was a JD 4430 farm tractor, and then next to that I got pulled over while driving my case 580 backhoe tonight!
I guess it did look kinda odd, it was 11 at night, and here I am ripping along the double lane highway, with my four ways on, in a slow moving vehicle haha.
Glad someone is up at the same time as me, Steve and Jim!
Jim I know we are all happy for you. Maybe I can come visit and Melissa can teach me how to rope too. In return, I'll show her how to field dress a deer. LOL
Had to call the landlords last night. Got home from dinner and heard water rushing, only to find a broken pipe downstairs spraying water everywhere. He tried to fix it last night but couldn't find the right size coupler, has to come back tonight. We got real lucky with them, they are very good landlords.
I also got to see my first lightning bugs last night. Got one to land on my hand. That is I think one of the coolest things I have seen. All you midwestern/central/southern folks that got to grow up with that, you are lucky.
