At no point did I say anything to the effect of "doesn't this sound yummy?". The only parts of a pig I eat are: pork belly (bacon), what ever is used to make sauage, pork chops and ribs. No brains, hocks or jaws. Sorry if anyone lost their lunch over that...I was just amazed at the amount of cholestoral in that can.

Ah yes, but it takes a while to get there doesn't it?
In case you're wondering, the answer is "always".
I wasn't talking about Jim...lol. That can of pork brains, in milk...ack! The milk juice part makes it worse.
I know Lisa just having some fun by taking things out of context...... Jim is a great guy he and I have had some great conversations at our monthly GTG/Tech Days.
You ain't seen nothing as funny as a 6'3" string-bean man riding a Craftman lawn tractor (minus mowing deck) at a pulling contest. Let's just say it is/was an interesting hobby.
Craftsman is no good for pulling unless you replace everything from the engine back driveline-wise. They're belt drive. If you're gonna bother to pull you're gonna want gear drive with a bracket over the gear selector to keep it from popping out of gear when it's really torqued up.
I kinda have a Cub Cadet 1806 with a heavier rear axle, wheelie bars, weight brackets, and a built Kohler K361. Don't try to look it up Kohler switched that designation over to a toilet paper holder. A K361 is an 18hp single cylinder gas engine. Mine's got a bigger carb a little head work (shh!) and some other Lakota racing goodies an aluminum bracket to keep it in gear and an adjustable height hitch. Oh and it's got a stack!
I pulled in B "stock" when I used to pull. 15-20hp (stock rating) with a lot of restrictions that usually got bent a bit more than you'd realize. I wasn't totally legal if tech tore me down but I never placed higher than 2nd so obviously I wasn't exactly doing anything that everyone else wasn't doing.

That's exactly what that pile is. I was in the middle of building an A stock (0-14hp) tractor and lost interest. I got that tractor stripped down completely and was going to build it back up as a Deere (cub cadet frame and drivetrain deere sheet metal) but I just lost all interest.
Jim it's in next to the quads. The others are all stock. This one's pretty built.

This guy I was talking about was an Onan man. One of my toys has a CCKB (20hp stock), I was having troubles getting the carb adjusted in just right for my application...so I brought it into work one morning. Anyway, he keep saying he could get that CCKB up to 27-29 hp. I keep telling him I don't need the extra hp...I just need it to run right and live.

That is correct, you even get everyone else to speak YOUR foreign language instead of the native tongue of everyone else that's here legally. Don't even get me started on safety practices...or lack of them from some of these guys. I got into trouble for something I insinuated during a job interview last week.
